For any new job, I always find that if it sounds too good to be true, you should be careful. For example, when they offer high bonuses just for entering the job, or they make it sound like everything will always be awesome, but they don't give you any details of the job you are supposed to do. For nurses, I think not having a training program or at least being able to shadow an older nurse is a red flag.
