Where do you work? Are you able to take your breaks? I know a lot of nurses forgo their breaks so they can catch up on charting or might even sneak a snack as they don't feel that they have sufficient time to take a break, but I firmly believe a 30-minute lunch away from your work is good for recharging. What are other nurses doing? Are you taking your breaks?

I agree 100%! Unfortunately, studies show that over one-third of nurses rarely or never take lunch breaks. It's time to reverse the trend!
