Recently my account was frozen on Nursa due to a No Call No Show. The day I was scheduled for a shift I did have car troubles and contacted the scheduler, notifying them that my car was stalled and wouldn’t be able to make it to the shift. They listed me as a no call no show and I can’t request any shifts.
I do have screenshots available of notifying the scheduler that I won’t be there and them saying it was fine and acknowledging that I wouldn't be able to make it to my shift. Is there any way I can reverse this? Please and thank you!
