Yes, I contacted Nursa support and I was told that the payments team is experiencing a bug in their system. 😔

Me too actually. I was wondering what was going on because usually I would have a payment sent out by now. A little frustrating because I’m supposed to be going on a trip in 2 days and would love the extra cash lol!

@Jacque @Nueva Koehler @MaddieBroemmer Apologies here! Nueva is correct -- we were having an issue with payments yesterday but that was resolved this morning, and payments are on their way! Thanks for your patience.

Did anyone get paid yet? Mine says I was paid today but it’s not in my bank

@Shamica Payments were sent on Tuesday and can take up to two business days to post to your bank account, so you should receive that today or tomorrow. As mentioned above, normally they're processed Mondays, so normally you would be paid by today but with the delay, it might not post until tomorrow. Apologies for the delay there.

Yeah...in the wallet it will turn green as well as a notification sent that the money had been deposited...it will hit my chime account usually around like 10-11pm
