Knowing what’s happening with your schedule and shifts with Nursa is critical, as is ensuring you receive notifications about them. There are a number of optional notifications that also keep you up-to-date on happenings with Nursa, including new features, new shifts, and promotions.
To allow you to decide what notifications you receive and when, you can adjust your settings in your Communication Preferences.
Important Note: You cannot opt out of transactional messages, like details about your scheduled shifts, password resets, etc.
Adjusting Your Communication Preferences

You’ll see your notification types and preferences:

Email: includes newsletters, product and shift updates, and special offers

SMS/Text: includes messages from facility schedulers, Nursa news, and promotions. Note, you must have Nursa Notifications enabled on your device as well.

SOS Alerts: notifications about urgent shifts that pay up to 40% more. Tap Customize Notifications to adjust when you receive them. See this article for more on SOS Alerts.

A purple check mark means that you are currently opted into receiving that type of notification.

To stop receiving that notification type, tap the purple check mark so it becomes an empty circle

An empty purple circle means that you are not receiving that notification type.

To start receiving the notification type, tap the empty circle so that it become a purple check mark

You can also tap Unsubscribe All to opt out of all of the above choices.
