If you are paid through Stripe to your traditional bank, you are able to update your own Direct Deposit information in the Nursa App whenever you need.
Update Payment Method from Traditional to Nursa Direct

Tap the Menu in the top left corner

Tap Wallet

Tap Payment Info

Select Payment Method Options
-
Follow prompts as you are redirected to Branch to complete Nursa Direct sign-up
Update Your Direct Deposit

Tap the Menu in the top left corner

Tap Wallet
-
Tap Payment Info
-
Tap the pencil in the box with your bank info
-
Update/edit your routing and account number as needed
Note: Your routing number will pre-populate, but you can edit it if needed. Your account number will be blank -
Tap Save

You'll receive a verification code text message. Enter the code to confirm the update
If you’re using the mobile app and you don’t receive the text verification code, try updating your information on a desktop web browser.
