1. You must have a valid license that matches the requirements of the shift.
2. Ensure your license is uploaded and verified in the app.
For example:
- To pick up a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) shift, you need a valid CNA license.
- For an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) shift, a valid LPN license is required.
In some states, one license's scope of practice may encompass another's.
