The Schedule Page and calendar allow you to visually see what dates you have shift details to view, including requested, scheduled, shift report due, and paid. Any date that has a dot below, you can select to view the shift details and status below the calendar.
What do the color dots mean?
Red dots: There’s something you need to do on the date. There could be a shift in progress, an upcoming scheduled shift, or a Clinician Shift Report waiting to be submitted.
Gray dots: Shift is waiting on someone else. It could be a requested shift waiting to be scheduled, a shift waiting to be paid, or just a completed shift.
Changing Your Schedule View
If you tap on Change view, you’ll see a few options that you can filter by:
-
“Coming up” means you have a scheduled shift (indicated by a red dot) or a requested shift (a gray dot).
-
“Completed - Shift Report Due” means your Shift Report is ready to be reviewed and submitted so that you can get paid.
-
“Waiting for Facility Confirmation” is a Shift Report on the facility’s side.
-
“To Be Paid” means that all Shift Reports are done and your payment will be processed soon.
-
“Completed – Paid” means just that – the shift is complete and you have been paid.
-
“Canceled” is a shift either you canceled or that was canceled by the facility.
-
"Expired Shift Reports" are shifts that have timed out and Shift Report is no longer able to be completed. Contact support to proceed.
Changing the Date
You can tap on the left or right arrows on the top of the calendar to view previous or future months, and then tap on a date to view shift cards associated with that day.
To change the year, tap on the arrow next to the current month and then tap the left or right arrows.
So when you can see the full month’s calendar, the left and right arrows change the month, but if you see a list of all of the months displayed, the left and right arrows change the year.
