Adding to your profile is the first step toward developing meaningful relationships with facilities. This is your spotlight to share your license, credentials, specialties and experience. This is the first look facilities will see your skillset and where you show facility schedulers your competency.
Fully completing your profile also helps us match you with more relevant shifts. But what does a top-notch profile look like?
One of the easiest ways to get started is to focus on the profile basics.
Consider these instructions and tips to help enhance your profile and ensure it showcases your experience and expertise in the best light.
Add Profile Picture
While not required, a profile picture can be important for both verifying your identity and connecting with potential facilities.
1. Select menu in top left corner
2. Select Profile
3. Select camera icon
4. Follow prompts to select photo and complete upload
While you can add a photo from your phone or tablet, we recommend using a computer or laptop for the best results.
Add all valid licenses
For facilities to trust your qualifications, they need to see all your valid licenses. If you have multiple licenses, be sure to add them all. Follow these steps to add your licenses:
1. Select menu in top left corner
2. Select Licenses & Certifications
3. Add license type, number, and expiration date
4. Upload photos of front and back of license
5. Click Save
Add Essential Credentials
Beyond licenses, many facilities require specific credentials to work there. Make sure to add these to your profile to ensure you can work at the facilities you want. Here's how:
1. Select menu in top left corner
2. Select Credentials
3. Click on credential type to add
4. Fill out required fields
5. Click Save
Fill out Wallet
The Wallet is where your payment information is stored for the shifts you work. It's important to fill this out completely so you can get paid accurately and on time. Here's how:
1. Select menu in top left corner
2. Select Wallet
3. Add bank account or debit card information
4. Fill out required fields
5. Click Save
Trigger your background check
A clear background check is essential for working at many facilities. Be proactive and trigger your background check before facilities ask for it. Here's how:
1. Select menu in top left corner
2. Select Background Check
3. Follow prompts to complete background check
4. Be sure all information is accurate and up to date
Add more Profile boosters
There are additional elements you can add to your profile to make it more appealing to facilities. Be sure to add them as they can help you get more shifts. Here are some suggestions:
- A detailed bio and work history
- Work preferences
- Additional skills or certifications
- References from previous employers
Adding these elements can help facilities understand who you are as a healthcare professional and why they should choose you for their shifts.
