How to Use Clinician Directory

Finding Nursa clinicians who have worked at your facility and pulling a PBJ report has never been easier. With our new Clinician Directory, facility users can search clinicians by name and filter the clinician list by a specified date period. 

1. Tap Menu in the top left

2. Select Data

3. Select Clinicians

4. Filter Clinicians using Facility drop-down, Date Range and Search bar

5. A list of all clinicians matching criteria will populate

6. Select to export as CSV file or simply view selected profiles

7. If downloading CSV, it will be sent to email associated with your profile including:

   1. Job ID

   2. Shift Start Date

   3. Name

   4. License

   5. Facility

   6. Shift Time

   7. Time Worked

   8. Profile URL
